1. What made you start personal training at SAF?
I had a pre-wedding photoshoot and when we got the pictures back I realised how much weight I had put on over the years and was really unhappy with my physique.

2. Can you describe how you were feeling physically and mentally before coming to SAF?
I hated the way I looked and felt, the realisation that clothes were getting tight on me really hit me, but I was unable to find the motivation to do it by myself and ended up pretty much eating more and putting on more weight!
3. What did you want to achieve with SAF?
To lose around 2 stone to feel happier generally and more importantly look good for my wedding.
4. What results have you seen whilst Personal Training with SAF?
It took me 92 days to lose all the weight and hit my target weight, I’ve also got so much stronger, and continuing to get stronger and maintain my weight within sensible margins.
5. Would you recommend SAF and why?
Definitely, you aren’t just paying for use of gym. You get every aspect, help with nutrition, understanding where you’ve been going wrong. I felt getting the knowledge of understanding about the calories and counting massively increased my weight loss process.
